Online Registration

PerfectMind is the City’s software program for recreation facility bookings, Kinsmen Aquatic Centre (KAC) memberships, passes, and online program registrations since May 2019.

Account Setup Overview

Before you can use the system to register for programs or purchase a pool membership, you will need to setup a PerfectMind account. This is a simple process; only taking about 5 minutes.

Groups

All organization accounts for clubs, societies, service groups, etc. that book recreation facilities at the Gary Moe Auto Group Sportsplex, Lacombe Memorial Centre, and sports fields will be created by City staff as needed.

Registration

PerfectMind is live online and available for creating accounts, registering for programs, and making online payments.  You are able to view programs and register for those open.

How to Setup a New Account

1. Launch PerfectMind
2. Click "Create an Account" at the bottom of the box.
3. Add the requested account details including your email address and click "Submit".
4. At this point, you are already logged into your PerfectMind account! The system will send you an email with a temporary password for the next time you log in.
5. When you log in with a temporary password you will be prompted to create a new one. Passwords must be at least 10 characters long, contain one uppercase letter and one digit, and cannot contain a sequence (e.g. 123456 or 123abc). Example:  Bucketlist1
6. When logged in you will land on the "My Info" page. Here, you can check or edit your contact information and add email addresses, credit card information, family members, and additional contacts.
7. Within the "Schedules" section of the site, Session programs will be available for review.  
8. In “Schedules” you can also view your current facility bookings, including those for organizations for which you are the contact.
9. Select the "Launch Website" button to visit the City of Lacombe’s webpage for more information on programs, facilities, and services.
10. Enhance your experience:  opt-in to receive important email alerts with program updates, cancellations, facility closures, special events, and other service changes; and save your credit card information to our encrypted and secure system for faster and easier future transactions.
11. Create your New Account

Please note every four months, a consent email is sent to members. If you would like to continue receiving important information and updates from the Kinsmen Aquatic Centre, please ensure you click to consent to continue receiving emails.

Freedom of Information & Privacy Clause

The personal information that you provide to the City of Lacombe is collected under the authority of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act – Section 33(c). The information will be used to manage and administer recreation programs, events, memberships and facility bookings.

Collected personal information is protected from unauthorized access, collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with the FOIP Act, and can be reviewed and corrected upon request.
