LAND USE BYLAW 400.27 – Amendment to rezone Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 012 3450.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Lacombe has given first reading to Bylaw 400.27, to rezone lands which are described as Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 012 3450 from (FD) Future Designation District to (R5) Residential Multi Unit District.

When is the Public Hearing?
If you would like to make comments on the proposed amendment, the Council of the City of Lacombe will be holding a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers location at 5432 – 56th Avenue, on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 5:30pm.
How do I get involved?
Any person or group wishing to express their views on the proposed amendment will be given the opportunity to make a presentation during the Public Hearing. Written submissions can also be submitted for inclusion in the Public Hearing. All written letters or petitions regarding this amendment are to:
(a) Be filed with the Chief Administrative Officer no later than 4:30pm on Monday, January 13, 2020.
(b) Contain the names and addresses of all persons making the presentation, and
(c) State the name and address of all persons authorized to represent a group of persons or the public at large.
