Bylaw 400.05 - rezoning of Phase 1 of Midway Centre

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lacombe Council has given first reading to Bylaw 400.05:

To rezone lands which are described as part of SE 26-40-27 W4 from Future Designation District (FD) to Highway Commercial District (C4), Residential Multi Unit Dwelling District (R5), Greenspace District (GS), Environmental Open Space District (EOS) and Utility District (UT).

When is the Public Hearing?

If you would like to make comments on the proposed road closure, City of Lacombe Council will be holding a Public Hearing in Council Chambers located at 5432 -56 Avenue Monday, September 25, 2017 at 5:30pm.

How do I get involved?

Any person or group wishing to express their views on the proposed Bylaw will be given the opportunity to make a presentation.

All written letters or petition regarding this amendment are to:
1. Be filed with the Chief Administrative Officer no later than 4:30pm on Monday, September 25, 2017
2. Contain the names and addresses of all persons making the representation and
3. State the name and address of all persons authorized to represent a group of persons or the public at large.

Bylaw 445 – Closure of Road Plan 1302 H. W.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lacombe Council has given first reading to Bylaw 445:
To close Road Plan 1302 H.W. to public travel and to create a title to the portions of the public roadway.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lacombe Council has given first reading to Bylaw 400.06:

To rezone lands which are described as part of SW 32-40-26 W4 from Residential Detached District (R1) to Greenspace District (GS) and Neighbourhood Commercial District (C2) and Lot 22, Block 3, Plan 912 0069 from Residential Detached (R1) to Greenspace District (GS).

Bylaw 400.07 – amendment to allow a site specific exception for Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 042 3848

To add a site specific exception which will allow recreation equipment storage as a permitted use on Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 042 3848.
