July 31, 2019 The Board varies the decision of the City of Lacombe Municipal Planning Commission to approve the discretionary Development permit to construct a four unit multi attached housing development by removing a condition to hard surface the rear laneway, and removing two other conditions (pavement markings and bicycle parking).
June 12, 2019 The Board upholds the decision of the City of Lacombe Development Authority to refuse the discretionary development permit application to develop a proposed oversized detached garage (accessory residential building) at 5520 50 Avenue.
July 18, 2018 The Board overturns the decision of the Municipal Planning Commission to refuse a development permit application to construct a residential garden suite with double garage, located at 5640 51 Avenue, zoned R1, and upholds the appeal, approving a development permit for construction of a garden suite with 15 conditions.
October 26, 2017   The Board overturns the decision of the Municipal Planning Commission to refuse a development permit application for a Temporary Building (Tent Structure) at 3408 52 Avenue (zoned I2-Heavy Industrial) and issues a development permit for a temporary building for 12 months with conditions.
March 24, 2017  The Board upholds the decision of the City of Lacombe Municipal Planning Commission to approve the discretionary Development permit to construct a new Catholic Church with variances, conditions, and waivers, with two amended conditions.

October 12, 2016
The appeal put forward by the appellant is upheld, and the Board overturns the decision of the City of Lacombe Municipal Planning Commission to approve a discretionary home occupation 2 (Dog grooming business) at 33 Pickwick Lane.
July 29, 2016
The Board upholds the decision of the City of Lacombe Municipal Planning Commission to approve the 12 percent variance for an overheight fence so that no portion exceeds the height of 2.016 m from bottom rail of fence to top of supporting posts at 5724 54 Avenue.

March 9, 2016 

The appeal put forward by the appellant is upheld, and the board revokes the decision of the City of Lacombe Municipal Planning Commission to approve the application for conversion of vacant commercial spaces to residential use, at 4425 Heritage Way.  
October 14, 2015
The Board upholds the decision of the City of Lacombe Municipal Planning Commission to refuse the discretionary development permit application to develop the proposed four-plex at 5247 51 Street. 
February 17, 2015  The Board confirms the decision of the Municipal Planning Commission to approve the development permit application for development of a semi-detached residence at 12 Beardsley Crescent (with maximum lot coverage not to exceed 47%).
