All decisions by MPC are subject to an appeal (unless the decision relates to a permitted use application for which MPC was consulted).  The applicant, landowner, or an affected party may object to the decision of MPC or any of the conditions of the decision through filing a written appeal to the:

Appeals must be received by the SDAB Secretary on or before the posted deadline (see application details below), and must be accompanied by an appeal fee of $250.00. A portion of this amount ($200.00) may be refunded should the appellant be successful in their appeal.  Please note that the notice sent by mail is deemed to have been received seven (7) days from the date of its issue.
