Industrial land sales

The City of Lacombe maintains an inventory of industrial land that can be used to meet the needs of new and existing businesses. Our latest project, Len Thompson II, contains 14 lots ranging in size from 1 - 1.5 acres. Pre-sales are anticipated to begin late in the Fall of 2013. Find out more about Len Thompson II.

We have a solid relationship with the Lacombe and District Chamber of Commerce Board and endeavor to partner and support Chamber initiatives and events.

We work closely with Community Futures on Lacombe-based projects and refer many business clients.

We stay in close contact with the Access Prosperity initiative which is focused on encouraging foreign direct investment into our region.
